Using GeForce Experience's 'Optimized' settings doesn't change anything. I also disabled all mods, and still nothing. Turn on screen space reflections and see if that helps. Any Mods? Those may have broken something too. Game is set to Ultra, which was not even a problem for my GTX Showing 1 - 15 of 42 comments. Skyrim SE looks fine, as do all my other games. The opening character creation scene is too bright, the Sun is so bright that the sky is white except for a blue cone at the very highest point, and you can't even see the nuke go off, it's just white-screen.
